I know it has been in the news a lot but don't forget that tomorrow's full moon is the "Super Moon".
The moon will be at its closest to Earth since 1993 causing an especially large-looking and bright full moon. The experts reckon that the moon will look biggest the nearer it is to the horizon as that provides obvious points of comparison (hills etc).
I am led to believe that on Saturday 19th March 2011;
Moonrise is 18:23 Moonset is 05:49 the following day.
Enjoy the spectacle and make good use of it if you practice moon magic!

Did anyone else take a bit of time to appreciate this spectacular sight?
I thought it was beautiful. I only wish I had been able to have my camera on me at the time.

I was at the Demeter retreat, and we did a barefoot moon salutation in the gardens as we watched the moon rise.. was truly magical! I did have to fight the fear of standing on a slug mind! lol

Would that I had been doing something spiritual at the time.
Through oversight I had a longstanding social engagement booked for the same evening.
It was nonetheless breathtaking and I observed it in my own way. There is always a way, whether others know what you're doing or not.
